jacando Customers supports you efficiently in managing and coordinating your customer base and lets you easily illustrate customer relationship processes. Instead of creating a digital personnel file, as in jacando Admin, you store your customer file here. Plus: Thanks to the connection to Match (applicant management) and Time (time recording) you offer your customers full transparency about the services provided.

Digital customer file

Always ready: The digital customer file enables you as project manager to keep an overview of all your customers. One file can be created per customer/company. You can define the column selection yourself, such as name, address, internal responsible employee and much more.

Multiple locations

One customer, many locations: Once you have defined a head office, you can add any number of stores. Each location can be assigned to a different contact person. In addition, each employee can leave notes, such as when they were in contact, so that all your employees are at the same level.

ACCESS/AUTHORIZATIONS

Assigned user roles: As an administrator, you define which departments and employees should have access to which customer files in order to guarantee data protection at all times. The standardized license model does not require any implementation on your part.

Connection jacando Time

Full transparency: In the “Time” module you can record your working times and assign them to a specific project – and in turn subdivide them into “Customers” for a customer. In this way, you can record in detail how much time was spent on what.

Connection jacando Match

The applicants at a glance: jacando Match is also linked to your customers module and gives recruitment agencies the possibility to make jobs and candidates visible.

Reporting

Stay informed: We offer sophisticated reporting functions for all our products. This enables you to map individual processes, create cross-product reports, evaluate company divisions and specialist departments or obtain information in real time for efficient HR work.

jacando Invoices (beta)

Die erbrachten Leistungen müssen auch in Rechnung gestellt werden: Mit jacando Invoices werden diese, natürlich, direkt an die Kunden in Customers versendet. Die Rechnungen können in zwei Formaten und basierend auf Word-Vorlagen erstellt werden. Auch hier haben Sie dank der Anbindung zu Time (Zeiterfassung) die Möglichkeit, geleistete Stunden aus einem Projekt direkt abzurechnen.

Custom templates

Rechungsstellung leicht gemacht: Benutzerdefinierte Vorlagen ermöglichen durch die automatische Auswahl von spezifischen Kundendaten wie z.B. Rechnungstyp, Rechnungsnummer und vielen mehr eine unkomplizierte und schnelle Rechnungsstellung. Basierend auf Word-Vorlagen können x beliebige Formate erstellt werden.

Simple dashboard overview

Alles im Blick: Das übersichtliche Dashboard gibt jederzeit Auskunft über ausstehende Rechnungen und erlaubt flexiblen Zugriff auf kundenbezogene Daten. Dadurch lassen sich einzelne Prozesse problemlos abbilden, Rechnungen zuordnen und auf einen Blick visuell darstellen.

Volle Transparenz: Durch die direkte Verknüpfung zur Kundenakte von jacando Customers lassen sich Kundenbeziehungen transparent abbilden. Ein reibungsloses Zusammenspiel zwischen Modul und Datenbank.

Project-related billing

Thematisch gegliedert: jacando Invoice erstellt Abrechnungen – auf der Grundlage zuvor erfasster Zeiten in jacando Time. So können Projekte flexibel und individuell abgerechnet werden. Ob quartalsweise, nach direktem Einsatz oder eben projektbezogen. Sie bestimmen, wie Sie abrechnen möchten.
