The duration of the implementation depends on various factors. On average, our customers need 4-12 weeks until the jacando software is ready for use.
Aspects that influence the duration of the implementation process:

  • Are there existing processes that need to be mapped?
  • Is it necessary to redefine the processes first?
  • Does the employee and employment data already exist in digital form?

Depending on the selection of jacando modules, different contact persons are required on the customer side.

Yes, the ADMIN and MATCH modules can be integrated independently of each other.
In order to integrate the TALENT and TRACK modules, a (large) part of the ADMIN module must be set up.

Yes, as a customer you get a permanent project manager during the setup. Your project manager is available to answer all your questions and guide you through the entire implementation process.
