Handover to jacando Customer Support

Now you can get started, you will be accompanied by our customer support from this point on.


The duration of the set-up is normally approx. 4-6 weeks. For more complex corporate structures, usually between 6-12 weeks.

Normally, we have one main contact person from the HR department.

You always have a fixed and personal contact person from our service team who is there for you. During implementation, but also afterwards in live operation.

Our Customer Support is located in Munich (focus on customers from Germany) and in Basel (focus on customers from Switzerland).
